Luo Xiwen is professor and research fellow in the Institute of Philosophy of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

He is also honored in 1986 as “expert of national level making outstanding contributions” by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and receives “government subsidy” since 1990. He got his master degree of law in the graduate school of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and his Doctor degree of Philosophy in Oriental Medicine in the SAMRA University of Oriental Medicine in Los Angeles, USA.

Academic activities: He travels widely on academic purposes in the United States and the United Kingdom in the following years and locations:

Academic achievement:
Professor Luo Xiwen has accomplished 15 million words in the English translation on Chinese and oriental medical classics.
