This book is based on the large-scale random sampling survey data with the theme of "Social Development and Social Construction" implemented from 2012 to 2013, using quantitative research methods to describe the distribution and changing trends of the three classes and eight classes in terms of education, income, and intergenerational mobility from the aspects of class differentiation and adjustment of interest relations, class differentiation and social contradictions and conflicts, integration, class division and social division, and social class awareness and psychology, and to summarize the characteristics of class division and models such as social inequality and social division. It analyzes the positive and negative consequences of social mobility. In response to the problems found in the survey, suggestions are made to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor, to build a harmonious labor-management relationship, to break social divisions, and to enhance social identity.
