How to assure the implementation of social care policies? Since China’s ageing population is increasing rapidly, how can the effective supply of elderly services be used to meet the effective demand? Based on empirical data obtained from fieldwork and in-depth interviews in Fujian Province and Taiwan from 2013 to 2019, the author systematically considers these questions. In the book, the author makes suggestions to enhance the delivery capacity of social elderly services in terms of social policy innovation, business model innovation, exploration of the road of social elderly care with Chinese characteristics, and exchange and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan social elderly service industries.
