This book examines the process of a professional social work organization's involvement in community governance and its impact on community governance. On the basis of a detailed understanding of the social work institutions, conduct a survey in the community to understand the practical process of the institutions' participation in community governance, and evaluate the practical effects of the institutions' participation in community governance through field surveys, interviews, questionnaires, comparative studies and other methods. By comparing the changes of community governance before and after the intervention of social work, this paper sums up the mechanism, influencing factors, scope of action, system guarantee and key areas of future development of social work intervention in community governance in China.
