This book links industrial robots with total factor productivity, provides the latest measurements of urban, enterprise and green total factor productivity, empirically examines the impact of the use of industrial robots on total factor productivity from three perspectives: macro, micro and further discussion, and conducts a mechanism study in an attempt to explain whether the application of industrial robots in production can truly promote China's economic high-quality development at the three levels of urban, enterprise and environmental friendly development. This will not only help scholars to understand the economic effects of industrial robots more comprehensively and provide reasonable explanations, predictions and guidance for the differences in high-quality development at different levels, but also provide policy suggestions for the Chinese government to formulate tax incentives for the high-quality development of China's robotics industry and the economy, to focus on supporting robotics technologies that are related to national security such as national defence, energy and communications, and to implement robotics-specific talent plans.
