Constitutional Basis for Building the Rule of Law China is written by professor Mo Jihong, deputy director of Law Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Based on achievements and experience of implementing the current Constitution since 1982, the book focuses on explaining the contents of “Promoting the Building of the Rule of Law China”, proposed by president Xi Jinping in the work report for the 18th Deputies Congress of Chinese Communist Party. The author emphasizes that building the rule of law China should based on the constitutional implementation, and we could get positive results from building rule of law China by intensifying mechanism and procedure construction of constitutional implementation. The book also focuses on appraising the results of implementing the current Constitution since 1982.
