Based on archaeological data, this book combines heirloom documents and local histories to study in depth and systematically the types and planning layout of the city sites of the state of Wei. The relationship between the location of the Great Wall and the historical geography of Wei, the time of its construction and the rise and fall of the state, and the dynamic changes in the territory of Wei are discussed. A preliminary discussion of the inscribed bronze wares of the Wei state and the casting system they reflect, the format of the inscriptions on weapons, and the classification and characteristics of standard wares from the period of King Hui of Wei.
