The Later Qin Dynasty a separatist regime established by Yao Chang, a Qiang people, with Guanzhong region as the center after the Feishui war. Later Qin spanned from April 384 A.D. when Yao Chang set up troops in Mamu, Weibei, to August 417, the Eastern Jin army captured Chang'an and Yao Hong surrendered.
