Since the emergence of nation-states, diplomacy has been continuously developed as a "state-ruling technique". For hundreds of years, there have been countless examples of using this art of persuasion, compromise, or coercive force to obtain benefits, opportunities and glory for the country, and there are also numerous examples of losing national interests, development opportunities and national dignity due to failure of diplomatic strategy.
