The book is divided into three parts. Chapter One studies the construction of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road from four aspects: construction path, trade liberalization and facilitation, investment in overseas economic and trade cooperation zones, and docking with domestic pilot free trade zones. Chapter Two selects key countries along the Maritime Silk Road, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the hub cities of Hong Kong and Macau, to study their attitudes, roles and actions in the construction of the “Belt and Road”, especially the Maritime Silk Road. The third chapter focuses on China-ASEAN Maritime connectivity, "One Belt One Road" technological cooperation, "One Belt One Road" terrorist activities, and the construction of the core area of the "Sea Silk" in Fujian Province were four topics, and policy recommendations were made.
