2014 is the tenth anniversary year of EU eastern enlargement. This enlargement has profound impacts both on the new CEE(central and eastern Europe) member states and on the EU itself. It deeply analyzes the achievements of the enlargement,the positive and negative impacts on the EU itself and the existing problems and challenges.
