Throughout the year 2022, China's film and television industry socialised production conditions are being repaired, the whole industry factors to accelerate the structural adjustment. The strategy of cultural power plays a core driving effect, focusing on increasing the number of films, TV dramas, documentaries, variety shows and other literary and artistic masterpieces containing excellent traditional Chinese culture, optimising the pattern of reasonable growth in the quantity and quality of cultural masterpieces, and innovating the path of realising high-quality development of the film and TV industry. Compared with previous years, the overall supply quantity of the film and television industry in 2022, especially the market size of the film industry, has seen a break in the numerical range. Despite the improvement in the expansion of film typology, the growth rate and amplitude of the film market tends to go down significantly. The national cultural management department has set up the “web series and online movies distribution license”,and the official issuance of the “network standard” logo,which further promotes the “online and offline the same standard”,facilitating and standardizing the management of online audiovisual media. Drama warm reality theme literary practice paradigm deepening shaping. Combined with the status quo of the film and television industry, the communication model of the drama industry is still worthy of attention, such as how to achieve the network linkage, the competition between the long and short term, how the rule of law management process of the film and television industry is moving towards the standardisation, process and proceduralisation, and how there is still a large space for development of the market expansion of cultural works.
