In the field of legal publicity and education，the publicity and education on China's Constitution continued to be carried out in depth. The study，publicity and implement of Xi Jinping Thought on the rule of law were enforced. The popularization of law was continuously deepened. And the responsibility system for popularization of law was further improved. In terms of public legal services，standardized supplies and balanced developments were further improved. And the construction of public legal service networks was accelerated. In the realm of social grassroots governance，the institutional basis was further improved. Party building led the continuous and high-quality promotion of grassroots governance. The governance mechanism of urban and rural communities was continuously improved. And the digital social governance model has been transformed and upgraded. In the sphere of conflicts and disputes resolution，service supplies were further optimized. The construction of Fengqiao style people's courts was further advanced. And the inter-provincial conflicts and disputes joint mediation mechanism achieved effects. As pertaining to the protection of citizens' rights，the legal protection was continuously strengthened. And the degree of standardization of the social public services provision was significantly improved. In the next stage of the construction of China's rule of law in society，we should follow Xi Jinping Thought on the rule of law，take further implementation of the Plan for the Construction of a Rule of Law China （2020-2025） and the Implementation Outline for the Construction of a Rule of Law Society （2020-2025），while being problem-oriented，adhering the implementation experience，identifying issues and shortcomings，in order to promote the innovative development of the construction of China's rule of law in society.
