Mild global economic recovery contrasted sharply with Asia’s rapid economic growth in 2010, the tendency in 2011’s Asia will lead the global recovery, despite GDP slowing down. However, Asianeconomies have to pay a price for its leading global recovery, that is, short-term economic policies will be in a dilemma: how to control the inflation and assetprice bubble while the hotmoney inflows continually. In long term, they have to take the risk from U.S.transfer of debt, and delay the reform of exportdriven model. As a result of China’s rising and Washington’s return to Asia strategy, the setup of Asian regional integration will be readjusted, and China’s surrounding security environment will get into an unstable phase.
