This book consists of two parts, including a general report mainly analyzing and setting forth prospects on the development of overall realty business and real estate market, and a special report focusing on the development of the major secondary market and some relevant hot issues. Aiming at solving the existing problems in real state market and promoting its sound development, this book advances the following proposals to enhance the system of real estate market regulation: to formulate a Basic Housing Security Law and establish a long-term indemnificatory housing management system; to set out the medium-and-long-term development programme of real estate market; to tighten supervision over real estate supply and demand market and intermediary market; and to improve the real estate tax and fee system.
