The report is drafted and redacted by experts and professors from the government administrative authorities and scientific research institutes, and is supervised and organized by China Coal Blue Book Redaction Committee (CCBBRC). China Coal Economic Research Institute of Central University of Finance and Economics led the formation of CCBBRC.
