Edited by Beijing University of Technology, this report mainly used the authoritative data released by the Beijing Municipal Government and relevant departments and materials, combined with the observation and research of the group members. It summarized the main social-building achievements from the 17th National Congress of CPC to the 18th National Congress of CPC comprehensively, analyzed the main problem faced by Beijing social-building in 2012. We forecasted the trend of Beijing social-build in 2013, and proposed the corresponding policy suggestions.
