Report on China’s Regional Talent Competitiveness(No.1) is a comprehensive research on the competitiveness of regional talent. This report expounds the theory of regional talent competitiveness evaluation and establishes the China’s regional talent competitiveness evaluation methods (including the construction of evaluation system and evaluation model). This report uses the competitiveness evaluation, clustering analysis and ranking method to analyze China’s 4 regions, 8 comprehensive economic zones, 31 provinces (except for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan)and 32 capital cities & sub-provincial cities, and also provides the status of the talent competitiveness one by one towards the 31 provinces, as well as 32 capital cities and sub-provincial cities. Meanwhile, this study puts forward the eight development strategies of regional talent competitiveness with the combination of the evaluation, analysis, review, ranking the regional talents. Therefore, this report contains authoritative, accurate, comprehensive, and detailed elements which can be the most comprehensive third-party study material on the competitiveness of regional talent.
