The Blue Book of Overseas Chinese of 2013 incorporates research findings in relation to the overseas Chinese language educations and the livelihood of overseas Chinese. The book covers recent research from all continents, highlighting neighboring countries including Southeast Asian countries, Japan, South Korea as well as Latin American countries. It emphasises on a broad-based study including the living environment for overseas Chinese and the Chinese educational developments, along with the trend and distribution of the ethnic Chinese population around the world.
