Blue Book of China’s Literature, is till now the only annual investigation report on literary situations on the macro scale. It is constituted of experts from Literature Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Chinese Writers Association. Basing on their academic researches, this investigation report is prospective and rich of information. Given the condition of culture environment being prosperous and literature as such undergoing changes, this report aims to sort and count literary products, illustrate literary styles and features, record the innovative footprints, and map out the context of literary field. It is truly a proper reference book for both literary professionals and amateur readers.
Annual Report on China’s Literature (2014-2015) has divided 10 special columns, including General Report, Novel, Novelette, Short Stories, Non-fictional Literature, Prose, Poetry, Drama, Internet Literature, Literary Theories and Criticism, Hotspot, as well as the appendix of book information, which provides a systematic review on Chinese literature, the tendency of literary field, phenomenon and product, lesions and problems, etc., under different subjects respectively. Moreover, it lays emphasis on the problems of macro literary development annually, by analyzing some focal phenomena and tendencies.
