Development report of China Water Park is divided into four parts: general report, special reports, case studies and appendix. The general reports in this paper, describe the background of the water conservancy scenic area development and the related concept, narrates its development course, have a comprehensive analysis and inventory for more than 10 years development of Water Park in our country, sum up the experiences of development and evaluation of comprehensive benefit. The special reports analyze respectively on the relationship between the water park and the water ecological civilization construction, on the water conservancy scenic area development’s opportunities and challenges, and water park development’s vision and security. Case studies select Linyi Xuzhou, Huancheng River of Shaoxing and Henan Nam Van Lake and other typical cases, having an in-depth analysis of national water park in urban water management, construction and urban development, water park resource development and protection. The appendix part includes national water parks list.
