At present, the global economy is still in a slow recovery period. The economic situation of different countries remains in disequilibrium. The global economy is in a new round of deep adjustment and the future of economic prospects is not clear. In short term, this situation will be a big challenge to China’s economy and trade. In the long-term, it puts forward higher requirements for China’s strategic decision-making, which will deeply affect China’s position in the international division of labor. From a domestic perspective, China’s economic development is facing unprecedented complex situation, demonstrates some new conditions and situations. China’s economic development has entered the period of lower economic growth rate, the period of structural adjustment and the period of digestion the previous policy stimulus. This three periods have demonstrated China’s economy’s “new normal” situation.
