Abstract:Smart elderly care industry is a new type of industry formed by the integration development of elderly care service industry and new technology represented by the Internet, artificial intelligence, etc. With the rapid development of smart housing, smart home, smart service, smart healthcare, smart equipment and so on, not only the technological innovation of elderly services is accelerated , but also the way of elderly care industry development is profoundly changed. Though smart elderly care industry is rapidly developing in China, still, there are problems in the field of core technologies, concepts and understandings, market patterns, etc. There is an urgent need to strengthen the top-level design, improve the policy and measure making, accelerate technological innovation, expand market demand, explore the development mode, so as to realize the healthy and rapid development of the smart elderly care industry.

Abstract:on the basis of smart elderly products and equipment description, this paper compares the domestic and foreign development situation, proposed the problems of China’s elderly care industry of equipment and facilities smart technologies. The author believes that in order to accurately foresee the future of the smart elderly equipment and products, specific policies need to be made, more core technology investment should be paid attention to, the making of standards should be promoted, the function of the products and equipment should be improved, and the platforms should be integrated.

Abstract:More and more elderly students go to elderly universities in recent years. However, China’s elderly education and culture resource could not meet the market needs. In the author’s opinion, the rapid development of new technologies such as Internet of things, big data, etc, provides an important opportunity to break through the education informatization development bottleneck. This paper introduces the current situation of information technology’s application in the field of elderly education, discusses the problems of China’s smart elderly education development and the prospect of this industry.

Abstract:Smart age-friendly housing is a fusion of three concepts, “smart”, “ageing”, and “housing”. The industry is involved with science and technology, elderly service and housing planning. This paper briefly introduces the initiation and development of smart age-friendly housing. Also, the author classifies and introduces the current housing projects, puts forward some questions, and tries to give some advice under the condition of lacking accurate rules and standards and policy guidance. The author hopes to provide reference to companies and institutions of this industry.

Abstract:This paper studies the main development course of China’s smart elderly care service industry, sums the current situation and problem of the industry, meanwhile, analyzes the development prospect of the industry. Elderly care service industry in China started late, the development time is shorter, and the development of smart elderly care service industry is especially hysteretic. In the author’s opinion, China faces the problems of both rapid population ageing and insufficient human resources. Depending on the Internet of things and the smart elderly care service system of information technology and its products will become a powerful way in dealing with the population challenge. The smart elderly care service industry will have broad space for development in the future.

Abstract:To focus on technology is to focus on the future. Positively dealing with the ageing of population, developing elderly care industry is the only way for China to realize the sustainable development of the elderly care industry. Based on the overall judgment of population aging and the aging service industry development, to initiate the smart elderly care industry meets the requirements of the economic and social development, the world’s major elderly care mode innovation, and the important choice of China’s basic national conditions. In the ever-changing technological innovation, science and technology makes the smart elderly care an important support, leading the future elderly care mode change. Intelligent pension industry is not only an important part of information technology system, but also the core of elderly care industry. Abstract:The ageing of population sharply rises the demands of health service, vigorously develop eldery smart health and medical service can effectively alleviate the shortage and the uneven distribution of medical resources, and improve the health status of the elderly. Smart elderly health and medical services development in our country has huge potential, it will attract a lot of investments into the market and widen the supply. But our country is still in the the primary stage of the Smart elderly health and medical services development and are still many problems need to be solved. Favorable government policies are needed to establish and improve the smart elderly health and medical service system; elderly health counselling and education are needed to cultivate the elderly’s using of the smart health products and increase the elderly’s ability to accept samrt health products; Unified health data storage is needed to promote the integration of health data; medical personnel training system is needed to optimize the incentive mechanism,and to train more elderly health and health care providers.

Abstract:In order to make the smart healthcare service beneficial to more elderly people, Hualing Health 365 Project provide high quality smart healthcare service at a low cost through elderly healthcare management cloud platform and a 3-level health service system. After the 1st stage trial projects being completed and approved by medical experts in May, 2014, the project is promoted throughout China by China National Committee on Ageing. Currently, Hualing Health 365 Project is promoting trial projects in many cities such as Beijing, Chengdu, and Dongying, receiving positive feedback from the communities. To sum up, Hualing Health 365 Project plays a positive role in promote healthy ageing, and elderly healthcare service industry development.
