The 2015 Development Report on China’s Human Resources as the blue book on human resources comprehensively introduced the overall development and newly published research findings of the reform and development of human resources and social security in China in the past year.The final report consists of one general report and seven sub-reports on different topics, giving a multi-angle and multi-faceted presentation from the overall review to situations in different fields and regions.The general report titled Review on the Development of Human Resources and Social Security in China:2014-2015 illustrate the reform and development of China in the field of human resources, employment and entrepreneurship, talents building, personnel management in the public sector,income distribution, social security, labor relations and legal framework construction.It identifies current challenges and major future tasks.The sub-reports consists of 7 topics, including human resources, employment and entrepreneurship, personnel system in public sector, income distribution, social security, other fields and local practices, demonstrating reforms and development in related fields of human resources and social security from different perspectives and levels.
