In China,the Corporate Philanthropy Blue Book (2015) is the first research report focusing on enterprise philanthropy, aims to establish a theoretical model for the assessment of corporate philanthropy, build a set of development index on enterprise philanthropy, and form the annual enterprise project case base. The book is constituted by three parts: General report, Evaluation report, Practical report and Appendix.
The general report consists of two reports: “The Corporate Philanthropy Development Report of Chinese Corporate (2015)” and “The Research on Philanthropy Behavior of Chinese Entrepreneurs (2015)”. In “The Enterprise Philanthropy Development Report of Chinese Corporate (2015)”, a “dumbbell model” (philanthropy management——brand project) is constructed. The research objects are top 100 series corporations in China, containing top 100 SOEs, top 100 private enterprises and top 100 foreign-invested enterprises. Evaluation report is a further detail interpretation of the general report. constituted by four chapters, which are “The Corporate Philanthropy Development Index of Top 100 SOEs in China (2015)”, “The Corporate Philanthropy Development Index of Top 100 Private Firms in China (2015)” and “The Corporate Philanthropy Development Index of Top 100 Foreign-invested Firms in China (2015)” and “The Corporate Philanthropy Development Index of Key Industries (2015)”.Those four chapters explain the corporate philanthropy development index and summary the different ownership corporate philanthropy principal characteristics at the present stage, respectively. The practical report is constituted by “The Brand Philanthropy Project Case of Top 300 Firms in China” and “Corporate Philanthropy Investigation reports on outstanding enterprises of China (2015)”.
