Year 2015 has witnessed the great development of China’s Internet Healthcare, not only in the expanding of scale, in the constant innovation of business models but also gaining a greater say in medical field. Previously, Internet Healthcare was focused on building up symmetry of information between doctors and patients, nowadays, it has in depth docking with the government, public hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and insurance companies. In addition, the existing Internet Healthcare companies have obtained many breakthroughs in the product innovation and service mode, as a result, Internet Healthcare, previously-viewed as “conservative”, starts the comprehensive and in-depth combination with Internet, which is usually perceived as “open”, gaining a mutual promotion, expanding its impact on patients and the general public in 2015.

Meanwhile, to be clear, that the nature of the Internet Healthcare is still medical treatment, the basic function and properties of medical services and medicine stay unchanged. Due to the fact that public hospitals are dominant in the medical and health field, Internet Healthcare will focus on the improvement of process and doctor-patient extended communication service. The “Internet plus” of the main organizations related to medical industry chain, as well as the Internet giants’vigorous participation in the medical field, will promote the further development of Internet Healthcare.

Through the full range of scanning and analysis of the Internet Healthcare industry, the intrinsic logic and expression, the business model and development driving factors of Internet Healthcare, will also be summarized through theoretical research. Starting from China’s basic national conditions, subversive industrial restructuring will not be expected in Internet Healthcare. Considering China’s the actual conditions and the legal system, Internet Healthcare will enrich and improve the existing health care system in a modest and gradual way.
