Abstract: “12th-5” period, Wuhan, Changsha, Nanchang, Hefei, four capital cities full played the central city and transportation hub, and achieved significant initial results in promoting cooperation in Changjiang Middle Reaches Megalopolis, the initial formation of a comprehensive, wide field, a new pattern of cooperation of capital cities in multi-level cooperation. This paper push from the top, establishment of institutional mechanisms, sectorial and other aspects, conducted a comprehensive combing and evaluation of the process and the effectiveness of cooperation between capital cities in the Yangtze River City Group, obtained conclusion of the intensity of economic links between the capital cities gradually enhanced by quantitative analysis. On this basis, we propose recommendations to improve the capital city’s cooperation mechanism.

7 Changjiang Middle Reaches Megalopolis Logistics Symbiotic System’s Symbiotic Energy

Abstract: This paper chooses the Changjiang Middle Reaches Megalopolis as the research object, takes the city cluster logistics system as a symbiotic system, evaluates its symbiotic energy generation level. Firstly, the paper has defined the scope of the Yangtze River middle reaches city cluster. Secondly, this paper has evaluated the system’s symbiotic energy generation level using the Malmquist total factor productivity index model, and constructed the influencing factors Tobit regression analysis model, in order to clear the key factors which influence the system’s symbiotic energy generation level. Finally, according to the evaluation results, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward, which includes the enhancement of city cluster logistics symbiotic system’s symbiotic units subject abilities, the ascending of city cluster logistics symbiotic system’s symbiotic interface, the optimization of city cluster logistics symbiotic system’s symbiotic environment and the specific measures.

“The Blue Book of China’s Energy-efficient Vehicle” is an annual report of the development of Chinese energy-efficient vehicle industry.This book, as the first volume of the report, is published for the first time.The report is written as a book of authority by China Automotive Engineering Research Institute after systematic research on development of automotive industry in China and overseas.
In recent years, Chinese automotive industry has been experiencing a rapid growth.China has been at the first place in the list of world automobile sales volume for 7 years.The steady development of automotive industry has effectively driven China’s steel, petro chemistry, electronics industry into prosperity.However, while basking in these plentiful and substantial achievements, issues like huge energy consumption, environment pollution, and slow industry upgrading speed begin to emerge.Under this situation, for the next 15 years or even longer, although the basis of China’s automotive industry is still on traditional internal combustion engine vehicle, the need for development of energy-efficient vehicle is becoming more and more urgent.
An energy-efficient vehicle can be defined as a vehicle with an internal combustion engine as main power source, but the fuel consumption under comprehensive working condition is evidently lower than current fuel economy regulation.It includes traditional power, hybrid power and alternative fuel vehicle model, with technologies in engine, derailleur, advanced electronics, low-friction and lightweight segments (e.g., direct injection, dual clutch transmission, low rolling resistance tire, etc.).Energy-efficient vehicle technology covers a wide range of the industry with all kinds of products, yet there is little systematic research on this area in China, and the fuel consumption level in China has always been inferior comparing with Europe, Japan, and other developed countries.
On macroscopic scale, after considerable theoretical research, literature reading, market survey, expert interview and experiments, this book studies the difference of development mechanism and characteristics between China and the U.S., EU, and Japan through analysis of domestic and overseas policies and regulation in automotive energy conservation; and find out the development status and trend of Chinese energy-efficient passenger vehicle.
On microscopic scale, this book summarizes and evaluates the mainstream technologies of energy-efficient vehicle, and, for the first time, calculates the cost performance of all summarized technologies, in order to effectively guide the industry; for readers to better understand the effects that energy saving technology brings, this book has chosen Audi A3, Prius and other typical vehicle models to analyze the effects of energy saving technology; this book also resolves the energy transfer path of vehicles layer by layer, and has learnt that there is a great deal of potential for all technology routes of energy-efficient vehicle.
Meanwhile, this book has made a survey of understanding and demands of energy saving technology for domestic vehicle users and a benchmarking analysis of typical energy saving technology of traditional power vehicle.
