The year 2019 marks the first year that smart court has moved from initial formation to full-scale construction.During this year, the people's court have been always adhering to the development path of taking justice for people, responding to and making up for problems and deficiencies in the previous construction with practical actions. Annual Report on Informatization of Chinese Courts No.4(2020)evaluates the current status of court informatization in China in terms of auxiliary judication and enforcement effectiveness, development of judicial big data.It summarizes the experience and achievements of local courts in the construction of informatization and looks forward to the progress of national court informatizationin 2020.
