This book was first published in 2020，and this year is the second volume. It was written by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers，China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co.，Ltd.，and FAW Automobile Co.，Ltd. to jointly organize commercial vehicle companies，service organizations and related units.. It is an authoritative document with a complete system and a comprehensive description of the development status and trends of China’s commercial vehicle industry. The publication of this book is expected to promote the healthy and sustainable development of my country’s commercial vehicle industry.

The book consists of three parts：general report，the development of vehicle model section and the special topic section. It has a total of 11 reports. The general report describes the development status of the global commercial vehicle industry in 2020，focuses on the current situation of the development of commercial vehicle industry in China，analyzes the problems and challenges of the development of commercial vehicle industry，studies and judges the development trend of commercial vehicles，and puts forward the strategic planning plan for the development of commercial vehicle industry in China during the period of the 14th five-year plan. The development of vehicle models includes five types of vehicle development reports，including medium&heavy truck，light truck，bus，pickup truck and special vehicle. The paper introduces the development status and trend of various types of vehicles，expounds the problems existing in the development of various types of vehicles，and puts forward the development objectives and path measures of various types of vehicles in the period of the 14th five-year plan.
