The Blue Book on Information Security of Intelligent Connected Vehicles is an annual research report focusing on information security technology and industry in the field of Internet of Vehicles. As the first volume of the series, this book is first published. As the Internet of Vehicles information security industry has just emerged, the Blue Book of Internet of Vehicles Information Security will focus on different technical fields and industrial chain links based on the hotspots and difficulties of the industry. This book is led by China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co.,Ltd.,and is co-written by relevant researchers from information security companies, key parts suppliers, vehicle companies, universities, scientific research institutes and other related researchers.
With the “New Four Modernizations” concept of “Electrification,Intelligentization,Networking, and Sharing” as the core in China, the concept of “New Four Modernizations” for automobiles has been proposed and widely accepted, vehicle communication technology has been popularized and iterated rapidly,by 2020,more than half of the new models have been equipped with one or more network technology equipment;new energy vehicles have all realized networking and different levels of background monitoring or early warning from 2017;online car-hailing and smart cars(automatic driving)are also pushing the boundaries of digital regulation in geographic mapping and big data on trips ahead of time, and cyberspace security has become a national security strategy. Due to the transformation of automobiles from mechanical vehicles to mobile digital terminal positioning, information security is another important field besides functional safety and expected functional safety, which together form the technical category system of intelligent networked vehicles. The new direction of technology urgently requires industry practitioners to start with concepts, terms, and definitions, formulate industry standards, and train special engineers. On the one hand, they encourage technological innovation and model innovation, and on the other hand, they need to establish a government regulatory system as soon as possible to point out clear ideas for the healthy development of the industry. The roadmap clears up obstacles to the large-scale commercial application of the “new four modernizations” technology, and strongly supports the historical transformation of China’s auto industry from large to strong.
