In 2021，maintaining epidemic prevention and control measures on a continuing basis，China’s economy generally showed a good recovery trend. However，because of the uncertain and unstable epidemic trend and external environment，the downward pressure on the economy has increased，and there are kinds of risks and challenges to maintain the stable operation of the economy. In 2022，we should appropriately increase the countercyclical regulation of macro policies and pay more attention to cross-cyclical regulation：proactive fiscal policy should be more active and efficient，continue to maintain a moderate expenditure intensity，emphasis more on promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and people-centered urbanization，and hedge the downward pressure of economic growth；prudent monetary policy should stabilize the volume and lighten the burden，enhance the stability of the growth of total credit，guide the average financing interest rate of the real economy down to reduce the interest burden of the real economy and effectively deal with cost driven inflation；adhere to the employment priority policy，accelerate the elimination of structural contradictions in the labor market，and strengthen the expansion and quality of urban employment；strive to ensure supply and price stability，and effectively reduce enterprise operation costs；at the same time，we should pay attention to strengthening coordination of fiscal，monetary，industrial and competition policies. We should not only prevent mutual constraints，but also avoid policy superposition and resonance.

In 2022，it is suggested to focus on the following key tasks：First，strive to ensure supply and price stability，effectively reduce enterprise operating costs and deal with cost driven inflation；Second，fully tap the potential of the domestic market and speed up the construction of a new development pattern；Third，improve the modernization level of the industrial chain and supply chain，and effectively enhance the stability and resilience of the industrial system；Fourth，promote the work of towards the goals of carbon dioxide peaking and carbon neutrality in an overall and orderly manner，and steadily develop the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development；Fifth，accelerate the income growth of urban and rural residents，and strive to draw the background color of people’s livelihood for common prosperity；Sixth，coordinate development and security，and carry out the task of risk prevention and resolution in key areas；Seventh，accelerate the improvement of science and technology management system and mechanism，and constantly strengthen the ability of scientific and technological innovation；Eighth，strive to enhance the coordination of regional development and promote the formation of a new pattern of bidirectional flow of urban and rural factors；Last，accelerate the reform in key areas and build a new open economic system at a higher level.
