This book establishes evaluation indicators for local government Internet service capacity in three aspects: government Internet service supply capacity, responsiveness and wisdom capacity, with a view to exploring a new cognitive, evaluation and orientation system for building a digital government and improving government Internet performance capacity in the context of the new era, and reflecting the current situation and trends in the development of local government Internet service capacity nationwide. The report uses big data monitoring and analysis to evaluate the government Internet service capacity of the four municipalities directly under the central government and 333 prefectural-level administrative regions across China, and classifies them into four types: innovative development, active development, steady development and urgent development.
