The Pacific Island Countries Development Report (2022) was written by experts organised by the Pacific Island Countries Research Centre of Liaocheng University, the Ministry of Education's Centre for Country and Regional Studies (for the record), the first batch of key new think-tank construction pilot units in Shandong Province, and the first batch of foreign affairs research and development think-tanks in Shandong Province.
