Annual Report on Rule of Law on Health in China No.1 (2021),in the context of the new era,focuses on the hot issues of the rule of law in terms of medical health institutions,medical staff,basic medical insurance,healthy aging,traditional Chinese medicine and other aspects,and summarizes China’s exploration and experience in the development of the rule of law on health in recent years.
The General Report,based on the whole country,systematically sorts out the reform of the rule of law in such sectors as medical care and health,medical security,medical administration service and law enforcement supervision in recent years,and points out the problems in legislation,supervision,service and justice. It is suggested in the report that many prospects covering development in the construction of scientific and complete system of health law and regulation,a system of health law enforcement and supervision,and an organic combination of health law publicity and health science popularization are discussed.

For the rule of law in medical and health care,judicial proceedings and diversified dispute resolution are of great significance on multiple levels such as implementation,accountability,rights protection,and order maintenance. This volume of Blue Book sets up a special section,and researches and summarizes it based on cases,documents and data.
