China is a country with ethnic tradition and rich ethnic resources. There are some documents relating ethnography was found as far as pre-Qin period. Those literature documents inspire us to better recognize and learn about the phenomenon of ethnic. It is of referential significance to the people who work on the historical anthropology research. This book takes China’s ethnographic literature as main research object, and documental records as secondary. The work centered on the types of literatures, versions of origins, literature arrangements, the comparison of multilingual literatures and other aspects to expand the discussion. It revealed the literature in all languages that reflected the national situation and mutual understanding.
