In the summer of 2008, launched by several Japanese friends who have been long worked on Japan-China friendship with the support of China, a group of Japanese students came to China guided by their teachers, along the route that JianZhen went to Japan many years ago. The Japanese students went along the way we called "reverse Jianzhen East-movement Journey", which is started from Japan to China. Afterwards, many participants wrote articles to express their feelings and with the hope that the collection that records their feelings could be published soon. Thus there comes out the book.
