It recorded the author’s opinions and views in this issue, including the body, content, existing forms, sources, property, classification, approach and views of human rights. By reading the book, the readers could either appreciate the author’s keen mind, or sense the significant progress in the human rights theory since China’s reform and opening-up. Many of the issues have been discussed in this book, those till now still considered to be the hot issues by Chinese academics and practitioners circle.
