The professor of Tsinghua University called Raymer published Beijing consensus in May, 2004, and the paper caused lively discussion at home and abroad. After one year later, we collected a number of very influential papers from abroad, and hold on the Beijing consensus and Chinese model seminar in August 2005, it made a depth discussion about the issues. Beijing consensus is experience collections of China’s development. It discussed how developing countries were organized and China's experience in other countries’ applicability. Beijing consensus is new ideas on China’s development: try to understand how to develop our countries, and how to integrate with the international order. Beijing consensus becoming more popular and brings hope to the world, China will take responsibilities in this situations. It is a good chance for China to create their international images in the next five years. China will rebuild the world by economics and exemplary.
