For quite a long time, people broadly accept that “the rule of law” comes from the western country, Chinese culture has never had a real sense of "rule of law". This book discussed “Chinese culture and modern rule of law, Chinese legal system and Chinese civilization, the comparison of Chinese and foreign legal culture and history”, then made in-depth study of Chinese law and culture and promoted the legal culture of China to the world, and expanded equality and effective communication between western legal cultures and others.
