Description:
This book takes the relationship between the expropriation legal system and the economic systems as the theoretical point of view, and takes the collection system and market levy system as the basic frameworks. This paper, based on the evolution of land exploration system, taking use of Law, Administrative Law, Constitutional Studies, Civil Law and the theoretical achievements of Comparative Economic System Research, it discussed the development and future trends of land exploration system in new China. The author insisted on constructing a different system model with different land-use purpose, and building up a proper land expropriation system which is in accord in the national interests.
