Bases on the first part, the second part carries on the theoretical analysis about demographic transition of the countries in Asia (Japan, India), Europe, Latin America, etc. It puts forward features and conclusions about China’s demographic transition. It comes to a conclusion that China’s population changed very fast in the past, in accordance with the laws of social development, it is difficult to accelerate in the future. Therefore, we must be aware that there will be much resistance and difficulty in the way of population control since the controlling of China’s population is going to be based on the significant achievement we have already achieved.
