This book first analyzes the database of Chinese industrial enterprises in detail, studies the productivity level of Chinese industrial enterprises from the aspects of ownership, production scale and different regions, analyzes the growth momentum, allocation efficiency and economic profits of Chinese industrial enterprises, then measures the policy distortion caused by the biased policies of state-owned enterprises, and the economic efficiency losses caused by policy distortions, and systematically compares the productivity distribution of export and non-export enterprises. The three effects of the productivity advantage of export enterprises are identified and decomposed quantitatively, and the trend of total factor productivity, capital productivity and labor productivity at the macro level in China is analyzed.
