Based on the review and summarization of past research literature on grassland animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia, this book combines the author's more than 40 years of survey data collected in pastoral areas in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to systematically study the social changes in the pastoral areas under the process of marketization. This book believes that for the maintenance of grassland and animal husbandry, which is of great significance to the national strategy of "ecology priority and green development", the state should combine the pastoral area and rural revitalization strategy, and formulate a series of measures centered on raising herdsmen’s net income in terms of capital, technology and national taxation.
