With the rapid development of new models and formats of digital services and the popularization of smart terminal devices such as mobile phones, data acquisition methods, data types, and application scenarios are gradually enriched, and the era of spatio-temporal big data has come. This poses unprecedented challenges to traditional spatio-temporal data analysis methods and application scenarios. This book sorts out the context of the strategy from "digital earth" to "digital China". It is divided into three parts: background, theory and application.
