This book is oriented towards the major national strategic needs of high-quality socio-economic development and ecological priority and green development in the Yangtze River Economic Zone. It constructs a theoretical framework for the ecological environmental protection and green development of the Yangtze River Economic Zone, which is element-wide, basin-wide, sector-wide and field-wide. The theoretical framework is combined with national policy documents on ecological environmental protection and restoration, as well as national land planning practices, spatial spillover and externality theoretical approaches as an entry point, and key project areas and key city clusters as the main empirical areas.
