This book analyzes the background and significance of agricultural land ownership confirmation, conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis of agricultural land ownership confirmation in 13 major grain producing areas, divides agricultural land ownership confirmation models into two categories and five models, and analyzes regional heterogeneity. Through actual investigation, it is found that the certificate of agricultural land contractual management materializes the land related rights, promotes the development of rural cooperative finance, stabilizes farmers' expectations, promotes the circulation of agricultural land and farmers' entering cities to engage in non-agricultural industries to increase their income. The author believes that there are some practical errors in the confirmation of agricultural land rights in the main grain producing areas, and the ideas and strategies to solve the problems should be innovated from the national level, the local government level and the farmer level. The optimization logic of the right confirmation model can be expanded from four aspects: subject (farmer), object (land), relationship (or organization), and environment (condition).
